Construction and Operation

WTT brazed plate heat exchangers consist of a pack of stainless steel plates, embossed with a unique pattern, and vacuum brazed into a rugged, space saving package. When assembling the pack, every second plate is turned 180º to form two alternating flow channels. True counter-current flow and high turbulence in the heat transfer fluids result is outstanding heat transfer properties even at low flows.

Application

Typical applications include heating, hot water production, radiant floor heating, snow melt, refrigerant evaporators, subcoolers, condensers, oil coolers, process coolers and any other refrigerant to liquid or liquid to liquid application.
